Build38 is a cyber security tech company that provides unparalleled threat protection for mobile apps. We empower all sorts of organizations – from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers with the tools they need to deliver their mobile app use cases securely. We currently protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security on the market..
The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Representative with German and a background in B2B SaaS security software to become part of a team that is at the forefront of global sales innovation, leading the creation of Build38 digital excellence.   

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

Research the contacts at the accounts defined by Marketing and Market Research.
Establish the touch points with them and contribute to building a script to agree on in a meeting.
Reach out to the contacts through any channel, Phone, Email, or Social Network.
Sales Qualify Leads provided by Marketing based on the company's Ideal Customer Profile.
Automate and script the Sales Development Process and contribute to the team’s growth.
Work together with the rest of the Revenue Team to meet the KPIs and Revenue objectives.

Who are you? There is no set route to become part of Build38. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: 

  • Proven work experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development. 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. 
  • Willing to work in an international and distributed team, frequently share progress with teammates and accept suggestions. 
  • Experience working for small organizations/start-ups, in aggressive growth mode. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, savvy in negotiation and presentation in English and German 
  • Background in the Cyber and Mobile Security Industry is a plus.
