We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in our Barcelona office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, integration of end-to-end solution
• Documentation (project specific and internal) of end-to-end solution
• Resolution of incidents and problems
• Plan and execute changes, including coordination, planning and notification about changes
• Test changes, including coordination, planning and notification about changes
• Escalate incidents, problems and changes to R&D for third line support in timely manner when product changes or deeper analysis is needed
• Meet SLA targets and service operations KPIs
• Trigger problem tickets regarding monitoring and event management, such as incorrect or missing alerts
• Perform needed or on demand health checks of services/solutions
• Support Cloud & DC Manager with information to be used in capacity planning
• Inform Regional Head Service Delivery & Operations and Global Resource Coordinator when unplanned work will impact planned work
• Identify and address day to day continuous improvement activities towards Service Quality Manager and/or supervisor for further action, related to tools, procedures and compliance fulfillment

Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements

Work Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of application experience in similar position
• Experience in R&D and IT
• Experience from incident and problem resolution as well as changes
• Experience from installation, configuration, troubleshooting, integration of software solutions
• Software development experience
• Experience from working with automation/scripting related to software application

Would you like to become part of our development team in Barcelona? We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer (Android/iOS) to join us! You’ll be involved in the design, development, testing and distribution of our mobile SDKs for Android and iOS, written in Kotlin, Swift and C. You’ll find yourself working and researching cutting-edge mobile security technology, collaborating with customers to help them find and fix security issues in their applications. You’ll also develop high-quality code for our existing and new software products, with high test coverage and frequent releases thanks to CI and automated build infrastructure.



  • Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of at least two of these programming languages: C, Objective-C, Swift, Java and Kotlin
  • Interest in IT security technologies
  • Interest and ability to learn other coding languages and technologies.

Job description

Developing strong relationships with the customer, connecting with key executives and stakeholders. Liaise between the customer and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate can identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. Cradle-to-grave job, from lead collection, drive the sales process and end with cash-collection.


  • Expand the direct customer base in the SEA and NEA region through lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our business partners.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Keep updated account status and pipeline.
  • Work with the founder team and management in defining the GTM approach, strategy and build a regional team.


  • Proven work experience in B2B solution sales
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle with multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in an international and distributed team, share progress with teammates and accept suggestions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, savvy in negotiation and presentation in English. Chinese and Bahasa desired.

Key responsibilities for Sales Executive Iberia

  • Hunt for and prospect new business in the Iberia region
  • Sell our products in your territory
  • Manage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently reaching ambitious growth goals
  • Collaborate effectively and engage with various pre/post-sales resources
  • Provide timely and insightful input back to engineering, product management and marketing
  • Work together with marketing to drive demand
  • Manage, build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Identify and onboard potential Tier1 channel partners

Required skills

  • At least 2 years experience in selling Cybersecurity solutions
